Counselling is a helping process, which enables people to be self-motivated, self-confident and to be able to have and value their own self-esteem.

Counselling enables people to be emotionally strong, cope with difficult issues, stress or anxiety and resolve problems and situations. Counselling is a recovery method from mental disorder and an antidote to mental stress.
